Founded in 1969, C.K. Tool Company, Inc. has been machining for
companies in the Bay Area for 30 years. Our business is built
on three fundamentals: customer satisfaction, competitive pricing,
and the highest quality work in the business. We pride ourselves
on our close working relationships with all engineers, helping
them achieve their designing goals. We maintain a quality control
program which allows our calibration equipment direct traceability
to the National Institute of Standards (NIST). C.K. Tool
Company is proud of our employee's skills and experience.
C.K. Tool specializes in prototype work, keeping the flow
of ideas moving to help engineers develop their ideas. We do production
work on most any material including aluminum, plastic and stainless
steel. We do small sheet metal jobs, TIG welding and brazing.
Our Mill Department boasts seven (7) CNC Mills (including
Kitamura and Fadal). The Mill Department utilizes
CAD/CAM programming capable of taking your engineer's designs
saved in .DXF format and converting them directly to CNC programming.
In addition to our CNC mills, we have four (4) Bridgeport manual
mills and two (2) Bridgeport EZ-TRAX mills.
Our Lathe Department is centered around two (2) Miyano
CNC lathes for short-run and production type work. For the
second operation and prototype work, we have Hardinge tool room
lathes and chucking lathes.
Our Quality Control Department supervises inspections
while parts are in process and will perform your final inspections
after plating or before your parts are packaged.
