Precision Machining.
Zero Compromise.
High-quality CNC milling, turning, sheet metal, and assembly for medical, aerospace, semiconductor, and robotics industries. Tolerances down to .0002". From prototype to production volumes.
What We Deliver
Comprehensive precision manufacturing under one roof — from raw stock to finished assemblies.
Precision Milling
3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling for complex geometries. Tolerances down to .0002", intricate features, and consistent repeatability across every run.
CNC Turning
Precision lathe operations for cylindrical components. Single-piece prototypes to high-volume production with the same exacting standards.
Sheet Metal
Precision sheet metal fabrication and forming. Clean edges, tight bends, and production-ready finishes for enclosures, brackets, and panels.
Mechanical Assembly
We integrate machined components into finished assemblies. Fewer vendors, less logistics, faster delivery from a single trusted source.
Built for Precision
We run 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machining centers and implement robotic automation where it makes sense — enabling lights-out production and consistent quality around the clock. Whether you need short runs, broad mix, or higher volumes, we deliver.

More Value.
Every Part.
Every Time.
Founded in 1969, CK Tool is a precision machine shop with over 55 years of manufacturing experience. We operate 11 CNC machines with 8 skilled employees in our own 5,300 sq ft facility in Mountain View, CA — owner-occupied for long-term stability.
We love working with local companies — it allows us to interact closely with your engineering team for value-added feedback on saving costs. We also work with companies outside the area and ship product nationwide.
Lean
No waste. No bloat. Every process optimized for speed and cost.
Efficient
Robotic automation and smart scheduling maximize throughput.
Smart
Engineering-driven feedback that saves you money before cutting starts.
Simple
One point of contact. Clear communication. No runaround.
